How we use this personal data

We use your personal data to provide a marketing service to you, with your consent.

The lawful basis for processing your data is consent – this means that you must give your consent prior to receiving our marketing service.  Without your consent, we unfortunately cannot provide this service.

How we share your personal data

In order to provide the marketing service, we store your information on our technology systems in the UK, some of which is managed by our IT service providers.  We will not further share your details; nor will we sell them to anyone.

How long we keep this information about you

We will retain your information for the duration of our relationship. During this time, we will regularly ask if you would like to remain on the mailing list.  Should you wish to stop receiving communications, your personal data will be removed, unless you have entered into an agreement with Spencer Munson.
