I’m a landlord with a small property portfolio, what services can you offer me?

We can offer services to find a tenant, collect the rent or fully manage the property so you don’t have to worry about issues and random emergency calls. With the managed service we also inspect the property every four months and send you a written report with photos. We can also advise you on maximising your rent and buying additional properties.

How long have you been established?

Our first office in Loughton opened back in 2006.

What areas do you cover?

We regularly have residential properties available to rent in Loughton, South Woodford, Woodford Green, Buckhurst Hill, Wanstead, Chingford, Chigwell, Epping, South West Essex and East London.

Do you also sell property?

Yes we do, but primarily we are a Letting Agent and Property Management company.

Are you an independent letting agent or part of a national chain?

We are a well established local independent letting agent that is licenced and regulated by the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA Propertymark).
