Job Description:

We are looking to recruit a high calibre, experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator who will be part of a friendly and busy Loughton Lettings team.

The specific requirements for the role are:-

2 years lettings experience
ARLA qualified (preferred but not essential)
The ability to demonstrate a positive and energetic attitude with the drive and ambition to succeed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work within a target driven environment
To be able to display high standards of service and presentation
To possess strong local knowledge
To hold a full UK Driving Licence
To be located within a 15 mile radius of Loughton, Essex
